- If a product is damaged upon delivery we offer 100% refund.
- Time: We have a 30-day Return & Exchange policy, since the item has been received.
- In order to qualify for a return, the goods must be opened, unused, intact and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please send an email to email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include the order number, name and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions on where to send the returned goods. Customers are strongly advised to obtain proof of shipment when returning goods
- Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
- When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the customer’s credit card or the original payment method shortly after.
